Your Customers surf to your web site, log in, select an item, enter their text data, view a sample, place the order and on confirming the order are thanked or sent to the secure payment processing area based on that customers current configuration.
Your CSR’s surf to the staff web pages of your order system to search, retrieve, modify, update and create various reports for the automated orders.
Your Pre Press receives the orders on disk from the CSR at which point they have the option to copy & paste the text data or import the text data into Quark Express®.
